Paul has 15+ years of experience in business strategy having started in the heyday of print advertising and very quickly jumping into the early online formats.   Creating memorable User Experience is at the forefront of what BZ aims to deliver. Paul leads the product discovery and product design strategic direction in identifying the challenges our clients a wanting to overcome, and then developing functional solutions that deliver real results.   Paul's wide ranging experience across design and marketing provides valuable oversight to our execution teams to ensure that the outputs we generate are cohesive and mutually beneficial.

Thomas is Head of Development Operations and is a Senior Microsoft .NET / C# developer with 15 years’ experience.   Thomas provides leadership across our multi-discipline DevOps crew of approx. 15-20 team members, based both in Australia and our augmented team abroad.   With all projects we undertake he is actively involved in the product discovery and design process and advises on all engineering requirements.   His broad range of experience delivering highly customised solutions is a large part of how BZ has been able to deliver solutions that most agencies would not consider possible.
